Daily living support
Build Confidence in Everyday Life
Whether you need support with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, shopping or appointments, we’re here to make everyday life easier and help you build greater independence. Our support is personalised around your individual needs, preferences and goals, so you can feel confident doing more of the things that matter to you.
What We Can Help With
We provide practical support with everyday activities, helping you feel more confident, capable and independent in your daily life. The support you receive is shaped around your individual needs, choices and goals.
Personal Care
We provide support with personal care and daily routines, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and other personal tasks. We understand that personal care is private, so support is always provided respectfully and at your pace. Our focus is on helping you feel comfortable, maintaining your dignity and encouraging you to do as much for yourself as you can.
Domestic & Household Support
Keeping on top of a home involves plenty of day-to-day tasks, and sometimes an extra pair of hands makes all the difference. This may include cleaning, laundry, preparing meals, grocery shopping, organising the home or taking care of errands. Depending on what works for you, our team can assist directly or work alongside you as you develop the skills and routines to manage more yourself.
Everyday Living & Independence
Sometimes the most valuable support is learning how to do more for yourself. We can work alongside you to develop practical skills such as planning meals, preparing food, managing routines, organising appointments, using public transport or becoming more confident with everyday decisions. Progress can look different for everyone, so the focus is on building useful skills at a pace that works for you and creating greater confidence in managing daily life.
How We Deliver Support
- Built Around You
Your support should work around your life, not the other way around. You have a say in what support looks like, how it is delivered and what matters most to you. - Consistency Matters
Seeing familiar faces makes a difference. Wherever possible, we aim to maintain a consistent team so you can build trust, establish comfortable routines and spend less time explaining how you like things done. - Respect and Dignity
You should always feel comfortable and respected in your own home. We listen, respect your privacy and choices, and make sure you remain in control of the decisions that affect your day. - Working Towards Your Goals
The things you want to achieve should have a clear place in your support. Whether you are developing a new skill, becoming more involved at home or taking on greater responsibility for your routines, we will work alongside you as you make progress. - Flexible as Things Change
Life does not always stay the same, and your support should be able to respond when circumstances change. We stay open to what is working, what could work better and where adjustments may be needed over time.
Who This Is For
Everyone manages daily life differently, and there are times when having the right assistance can make things easier. You might need regular help with personal routines or managing your home, occasional assistance with particular tasks, or someone to work alongside you while you develop new skills. The level of support can look different from person to person and can change over time as your circumstances, abilities and priorities develop.
