Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or valid clearance)
- National Police Clearance / Criminal History Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Relevant Qualifications or Experience in disability support, or a related field (certificate-level qualification preferred)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (preferred for community & home visits)
- Working With Vulnerable People Card / equivalent WA state clearance
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) for clear communication with participants, families, and our team
- Ability to pass reference checks and demonstrate a caring, safe approach to support work
